This is a great time of year in the upper Midwest. The tree, bushes and flowers leafing out and blooming.

What is Orange, Red and Blue….the birds…

On my back porch I saw this morning..

Indigo Bunting (blue)
Blue Jay
Cardinal
Rose Breasted Grosbeck
Flicker
Baltimore Oriole and a bunch more

Have not seen Hummingbirds yet but they are near.

It is an interesting time of year after a cold snowy winter

Here is a picture of the Indigo Bunting

I’ve never spotted an indigo bunting. I saw a Rose Breasted Grosbeck once. My wife put out oranges last year for Orioles. I told her I’ve never laid eyes on one. The next day we had 3 or 4 swooping in for a snack.
