Hi, Just bought a set of Pinnacle stones. No care and use guide provided. One is back ordered, so far I have the Soft Arkansas, and the surgical black. Now the the black one says to use oil, I thought I had purchased water stones. Can I use water on the black one? Also do I just spray water on before use or do you you need to soak them. I’m curious because they came in these nice wood boxes. Any help is appreciated, Thanks, Kirk

I looked on Amazon and the manufacturer description list the use oil or water on these stones. Once oil is used you are stuck with it. I hope this helps.
