I have a problem with my WS3000. I purchased it in January 2009 and used it once to sharpen all my chisels. I went to re-sharpen my chisels 2 days ago and had difficulty in turning the fence adjustment knob. That is the part that keeps the chisels in alignment against the spinning wheel.

It would only turn allowing the fence to move to the right. The chisels sit on the left of the fence. It is currently all the way to the right. It will move to the left ever so slightly; however I do not want to force it. The threads look clean.

I emailed the company but it bounced back
