About 6 months ago I bought a Delta SS350, which I think is the same machine. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. I paid $75 for it in good condition, with a stand and about 50 blades. I think 5 years ago they sold new for $250 and were then sold on clearance for $199. So based on the research I did when I bought mine, I have to say $200 is too high.

I’m not an experienced scroll-sawyer, but I have used it quite a few times and in my opinion it’s a very good saw. It’s probably not as good as the Dewalt favored by many, but it’s much cheaper and a good starter machine.

I tried to do a quick search of what that saw would go for new, or some of its features, and couldn’t find much. Maybe I checked the wrong modle number, or maybe I am just bad at searching. Either way it would make me wonder about the “brand new” classification. I would hold my 200 and try to get a Dewalt.
If you happen to have a Lowes near by you could check to see if they still have a Hitachi in stock, it is being clearenced out and you could get one for 150 or less. I love mine.
Do you have plans of doing any particular scrolling?
