Hello, does anyone have any experience with this trim router? I was thinking of using it occasionally for butt hinge installation. Would it do the job? Other brands are quite pricey.

Thanks!

The design looks very similar to harbor freight trim router and i have seen a lot of youtube videos with people using these. Harbor freight is a bit more expensive that this router.

Actually looks identical to the HF model, but with different color knobs. Plenty of people seem to be quite happy with them, and for $20, you would not be out a bunch when it dies :)

Cheers,
Brad

I’ve used the harbor freight for well over a year. Got it on a special for 19.99 it still works fine for the small stuff

Never trust a company to build a good router that can’t spell collet.
