Topic tags/keywords: sawstop pcs 3hp sale for sale table saw worth value selling question sawstop for sale saw stop for sale

Hi All

I’ve been slouching on my LJ duties. It’s been a while since I’ve posted some of my projects. I always forget what a valuable resource this place is. I guess that’s enough LJ love for now.

So I have a question, I’m moving and I have to sell my SawStop 3hp PCS with 36” T-Glide fence. I also have the ICS mobile base with the PCS conversion kit. I know, cue the dirge. I feel like I’m losing a limb.

Anyway, it’s in like new condition. Aside from the occasional mar or discoloration on the table top that can be expected the saw is fit as a fiddle. I actually just scrubbed its inners and lubed the beast. All-in-all, it’s been lightly used, maybe 3 projects total on it (shelving unit, mobile tool chest, mobile extension table). I can post some pictures if needed but I was curious what you think I could sell it for. I’m also willing to sell some extra SawStop blades (titanium series) and new, unused break cartridges.

Anxious to hear what you guys think because I want to rip this painful bandaid off asap. Hopefully, once the move is complete, I can put this money back into another saw when the time is right.

Regards,
M

That setup is around ~ $3300 new, is an excellent saw that’s very desirable in today’s market, and is in great shape. I think I’d start by asking ~ $2400 and see how it goes.

I had pretty much the same saw, in excellent condition, and sold it for $2300. Good luck!

Hi,

Sorry work has been hectic. So knotscott you are legendary both with your assessment and frequency of responses. I’m honored to have you in this thread.

I can post the invoice if you’d like.

I paid 2949 for the saw (worked out so the “tax” would only be 50 bucks)
And 328 for the ICS conversion kit.
+delivery (but I can’t hope to recoup that)

So I’m not sure if you’re evaluation knotscott included the base but here’s what I’m offering. Maybe we can dial in the specificity of what I’m selling.

Sawstop pcs 3hp with tglide fence
NEW standard break
NEW 40 tooth titanium series sawstop blade

(Maybe)
ICS with pcs conversion kit base option.

Was hoping for 2300-2400 without the base. Is that asking too much?

Also I’m in Nassau county.

Colonel Travis, what did you replace your sawstop with?

I am in California and I was looking at that saw and it was like 3300 out the door but at the price your asking I would have no problem forking 2300 over for it.

Thanks everyone for your help. It hasn’t sold yet, but I’m getting a lot of bites.
