Both of these radial arm saws are older models, but I wanted to share this recall. They are being recalled because of the motor housing can break during use, causing the blade to come off of the saw! I have one of these older saws and did not know about this hazard until yesterday. Glad I found out, because I was planning to put it in my new shop to be used as a quickie cut-off saw. Evidentally, you mail in the motor housing (at Ryobi’s expense) and they send you a $75.00 check. Call Ryobi at 1(800) 525-2579.

-- Forget the health food, I need all the preservatives I can get !
