A very nice Stanley 140 Skew Rabbet Block Plane. This is the condition I found it in about 18 years ago. It has sat in storage since then and it is time to let it go to someone that will use it! Most of the nickel plating is intact except for a small spot peeling which I indicated along with a former owners name scratched into the side. The adjuster threads are solid and not stripped. Original screws hold the removable side on. A sweetheart blade that is sharp enough to use, but does need to be sharpened to be a fine user tool. The knob is solid and looks to have its original finish on it.

It’s a beautiful tool and should fill out someone’s kit nicely. I have never run across a nicer one before or since finding this one (although they are out there).

Payment is via PayPal (Price is US Dollars) and shipping will be actual cost to the new owner’s location. I will ship to Canada, USA and the UK
