This is a fairly new channel on the tube with a lot of information from well known woodworkers in their field. They are uploading new videos daily. Check it out and see what you think.

This channel looks very interesting. I plan watch some of the videos over the weekend to get a better idea about it. Thanks for the suggestion. I’m not sure I would have stumbled upon it without your post.

It’s fairly new Rich, 175 subscribers so far but tons of content from reputable craftsman.

Your welcome Andy.

I have seen a lot of Paul Sellers videos but, these are new to me. His dovetail guide is about the simplest explanation to follow compared to anyone else out there. And Jeff Jewitt has great explanations on finishes and applyications.

Interesting channel with lots of content. I suspect some of it may not be up for long, as I doubt that all the content creators gave permission for uploading the videos.

That very well maybe Jeremy, but with all the breaks thru videos of Ad’s I would say the advertisers have looked into the channel and where the proceeds go.

They are stolen videos. The youtube equivalent of Ted’s Woodworking.

Channel is still going strong and new videos are uploaded most every day. Here is a link to a series on a table build and the process from start to finish. Lots of good techniques and work flow. The series is at episode 3 as of today.

These videos are good in a way. I feel like people have forgotten Kelly Mehler, he was a mover and shaker back in the 80’s, 90’s, and early 2000’s. I’ve met him and seen his exceptional craftsmanship first hand. He had a profound influence on my woodworking. 20 years later and he is still doing Shaker furniture. The school is doing better than ever it looks.

How? The YouTube channel isn’t selling the videos.

I do wonder if copyright is being infringed with the postings.

My take on this is they have quite a bit of advertising amongst a llot of well known craftsman and would investigate where their advertising dollars are going and their liability in turn.
