Topic tags/keywords: ridgid r4511 tablesaw Hello, Just wanted to say thanks for all the recommendations, tips and assembly advice posted here on this saw. I picked one up for $299.00, and thanks to the assembly tips it went together quickly and without a hitch. I am extremely pleased with the saw. Will be upgrading with a folding out feed table and the sharkguard. Because of the money I saved on this saw, a bandsaw is now in the cards. Thanks again Keith H -- Keith H. That sounds great, Keith. Post some pictures and a review of the saw when you get a chance. -- Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful- Joshua Marine |

Congrats on the new saw. I recently purchased a 15” Ridgid drill press and was very happy with the brand’s fit and finish. While I don’t own a lot of Ridgid equipment, it is deserving of a second look. Enjoy the new saw and I hope it provides years of good service. -- Arvid, Washington DC |

Good luck with the saw. I had a chance to buy one at $299 but I struggled with the choice as I had just bought the TS3660 only eight months earlier at the $399 sales price. My wife would have killed me. Although the 4511 has had its share of issues at $299 its an absolute steal. |

Crossing my fingers, and rubbing my rabbit’s foot that the LJ gods will help me find an R4511 in New England. -- Less is More.....expensive |

Life is good! Thank you LJ’ers. Went to Home Depot’s website & printed out the 30 nearest Home Depot to my location. Called (very early), and spoke to Pro Desks. Found a really nice guy who was not too busy and sensitive to my plight, and he searched all 30 stores for me while on the phone. It was not that hard for him, as I had all the store numbers handy. Long story short: There was 1 out of all the stores searched and it’s now in my car. Used the Lowe’s 10% coupon (found at any local post office’s moving kit), and yes, I’m rockin’ a shiny new R4511 for $269+ tax. God bless the internet. -- Less is More.....expensive |

Since a band saw is now in the orders. Lowe’s here in the DFW area , at least are discontinuing the Delta band saw. Check your local Lowe’s to see what they can do for you. Dave |
