I have two(2) NEW but opened bag Leecraft DW-2 ZC inserts. As you can see by the picture they have never been cut but opened to double check they were correct. They retail for $26 each and I will let go of both for $30 Cash Only

Fits DeWALT: DW744 & DW745 & DW746 (Stationary Saw), DWE7480, DWE7490X, DWE7491RS & DWE7499GD.

To save someone else googling:

Fits DeWALT: DW744 & DW745 (factory splitter/guard incompatible with DW-2 insert on these saws) & DW746, DWE7480, DWE7490X, DWE7491RS & DWE7499GD.

Thanks so much for the added info ayryq! I guess I should have put more info in the description but I forget that not everyone knows what I mean. Sorry guys!
You are correct about the insert not having a slot for the RK but as most do, they cut their own slot for the knife, use a after market splitter/micro-jig or go without anything. If my memory serves me right, Dewalt does not offer a ZC insert W/RK slot and Leecraft are topline inserts with a perfect fit.
