Hi everybody. I’ll appreciate any comment and responce. I recently aqquired a Rockler Complete Dovetail jig and a Porter Cable dovetail jig (4212). I don’t know how to use them yet, Oh I forgot to mention that I’m a newbie in woodworking so please have patience on me :). So my question is which one is better. In terms of set-up, stability, ease of use, etc. Which one should I keep? Thanks in advance.

a1Jim, Thanks for sending me the video but I think they’re talking about a different brand of jig. I already have the Rockler & the PC but I haven’t get the time to play with them yet. That’s why I’m limiting my choices between the two. Thanks.

I can’t speak from experience, but FWIW I constantly see the porter cable jigs getting top marks in reviews and comparisons.

PC 4212 is beautiful machine. I’m not sure why they called it “machine”.
