Has anyone used the plans for the secretary in Glen Huey’s “Illustrated Guide to Building Period Furniture”? If so, were they accurate? Thanks,

Don, did you ever get any feed back on Glen Huey’s plans? Have you built the secretary already?

Mark,

I received several comments from other wood workers (from a different blog). I also purchased the above book. That “build” is a couple of projects away, which will probably be a couple of years from now. I’ve been saving different blog builds of secretaries, comments, etc. If you are in any need of my notes, most of them are in Word docs, and I would be glad to share.

Thanks Don,

My skills are way too rudimentary to build something as ambitious as a secretary, but thank you for the offer of the notes I will keep that in mind if I ever get good enough. Good luck with the eventual build though!
