There is a bug!

I have a topic that is getting replies, and it shows up near the top in its specific forum (skill share), but it is nowhere to be found at the general all topics url of: http://lumberjocks.com/forums

I was sure this url showed ALL topics from all of the sub-forums. Not so.

What’s up with that?

How many other interesting topics have I been missing out on?

-- Last week I finally got my $*i# together. Unfortunately, it was in my shop, so I will probably never find it again.

Not that I can tell.. your topic shows up on page two. It’s time sensitive, so the most recent threads from all forums appear at the top and move down as more activity happens. Bump yours and it will be top dog for a few minutes as well :)

Cheers,
Brad

You guys are right. I just didn’t realize how much of a difference in flow rate there is for different forums. The topic in question, at the moment I was looking, was number 2 in it’s own forum, and several pages in on the combined forum.

It is rather amazing how many posts there are to this forum. Stuff can move from the first page to the dust-bin in just a few hours.

...and it seems that some of the sub-forums get a lot more love than others.

Ding! Ding! Ding! How right you are ! A while back I got an email saying my project had made it to the Top 3. Email time stamp indicated it had only been about an hour. Immediately went to look and the posting had already been bumped down 3 or 4 pages on the pulse page.
