It’s that time of year again! The Woodworking show makes it’s way to Kansas City on Feb. 19, 20 and 21st. I was just wondering how many LJ’s plan on going, and if anyone wants to meet up at the show. I know that I will be there on Friday and Saturday (and maybe even sunday) Also Woodcraft will be having their annual “Bag Sale” on the 19th and 20th.

What’s the usual discount for the bag sale?

They give you a paper bag and anything you can fit in it is 15% off

I’ll be there Friday to lighten my wallet. Too bad it’s supposed to snow!

I think that I won’t stop with just a lighter wallet. It is so much more fun to empty it. And maybe even a couple of credit cards. I tend to get a little excited when I get around that many tools. It should be a lot of fun.

I am not sure yet – but also there is Overland Tools – which is about 2 miles from the site at 7905 Nieman Road in Lenexa, Kansas – they schedule a three day sale during the wood show + they are a rockler store and serve up free food! I usually drive down from salina, about 2 hours away, and have lunch and a good look aroudn before going to the woodshow.
