I won at the blackjack tables. What could i get the most out of a Belt/disc sander or a spindle sander (ridgid spindle edge sander) any thoughts?

If it were me I’d choose a ROS first then the ridgin spinde sander.

I assume you have a ROS since you didn’t mention you wanted one in your post. If not, get that first. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Ridgid spindle sander, which can convert into a belt sander. There are several reviews of the Ridgid here on LJ. It’s on my top 10 list of tools I want, er really need.

I have a Ridgid spindle/belt sander and am very pleased with it. It is a great little sander for the price. Thanks for asking.

Taking the hints I ordered the Ridgid spindle/belt sander from Cpo Ridgid. I got the refurbished unit.
