Hi There ,

my friend and i found ( a long story) ( 100+ years so people say ! 2 windows .
the wooden parts were in pieces and were not taken care of properly ( semi glued with some cast material)
it took us awhile to match them up like a puzzle and most of them are intact ..some are missing ..

its hard to see in the pics but one corner of one window contains the original glass vitrage(cut glass)
what makes this piece very strange and unique is that the glass pieces were painstakingly attached to the carved wooden pieces with small wooden stripes with small nails. and not with the proper technique used in europe ( metal and other forms of attachments) ( this cant be seen on the pic since its from the bottom) .
my friend speculated it was an artist trying to emulate a style without having the proper tools..amazing! we are not sure what to do with these pieces and how much are they worth . ive seen nothing even remotely similar in israel nor on the net but im no expert .
some antique dealer said he never seen anythjing like it says it probably adorned a church or a wealthy man’s home .
what do you recommend doing with this piece ? how much is it worth ? any tips would be very helpful ?
thank you !

Where in Israel did you find that? On a dig? I’m curious!
