Thats a small benchtop model, i see those on craigslist all the time, asking $75-$125, but i think thats too much. I wouldnt offer him more than $40-$50

I’m with the Raccoon. That’s a very small drill press with mediocre reviews and not one of the old deltas that people seek out. I know because I looked at one on CL a while back and did a little digging online before I went to check it out. I turned that one down for $30 ‘cause it was noisy as hell and the quill felt sloppy when extended. FWIW, I wouldn’t go a penny over $40. On the other hand, I’m sure there’s someone who thinks it’s the best DP in the world so take my opinion with a grain of salt!

Edit: It does appear to be the 11-950 (type 1 I think).

Looks like a 11-950 but not for sure. I agree, $50 would be tops. Yo can buy this size all day long at $100.

Yes it appears to be 11-950 and the seller asked $100 (right on money TheWoodRaccoon!) And yes, I can buy a comparable drill press new for close to that.

Right on the money! :) Glad I could help! For $100, I would keep my eyes open on CL for a used older Buffalo Tools, Walker Turner, Atlas, Rockwell, Delta ,or Craftsman drill press. But if you don’t feel like going that route, you can always go for a Skil 10” DP for around $109-$129 new.
