We took a break from making pen boxes today. The snow sculpture of Quigley didn’t turn out too good. The snow is too powdery.

Hey Lew is the snow not cold in PA? I know when it snows in AL if I sat long enough to make a snow dog I would be like the guy that put his tongue on the flag pole (only the other end). :-)

Yes, it is cold!! 20 outside now and supposed to stay below freezing until at least Friday. Those Navy surplus coveralls help- for a while, at least!

We are making snow here in Anchorage Alaska. Doesn’t want to quit. But that is nothing new for us. Finally getting light in the morning when I go to work. We laugh at the calamities snow causes in the lower 48. Guess we are prepared for it here. It’s 24 deg F here, just about right.

I thought the sculpture was a self portrait, Lew….........(-:
