I won’t call it a review, since I’ve only been using these this evening, so it’s more of a first impression.
First up, Forrest Woodworker II thin-kerf 40 tooth 10” saw blade. So far, this one’s living up to the marketing. 1.75” hard maple cut like butter on a delta 1.5hp 10” contractor’s saw.
Timberwolf bandsaw blade. 1/4” 6tpi. Verdict still out on this one. It’s replacing the one that came on my Jet 14” bandsaw that wore out. So far, no complaints, but nothing outstanding either.
WoodRiver 6 Piece Chisel Set with Tool Roll Decent edge on them as they arrived, but they weren’t “scary sharp”, so a little work made the expected difference. Metric sizes, but hey, they’re bench chisels—I don’t particularly care if it’s 6mm instead of 1/4”, etc. Comfortable enough.
