Topic tags/keywords: preserve osb projects outdoors

MADE MINE OUT OF OSB AS YOU KNOW IT WILL BE IN THE ELEMENTS.
I WILL HAVE THE BOARD AND BATON LOOK AND WANT THE OSB LOOK TO SHOW THRU. I PLAN ON SOAKING ALL EXPOSED ENDS WITH A SOLUTION ? I LIKE THE COLOR OF AMBER SHELLAC BUT FROM WHAT I READ NOT TO USE THAT————I DID PLAN ON Varathane Outdoor Crystal Clear… ANY SUGGESTIONS ? I WILL LATER SHOW MY WAY OF SOAKING THE EDGES. I DON’T WANT TO SOAK IT TO LONG BECAUSE THE WOOD WILL SWELL UP. MOST GLUE UP IS PL CONSTRUCTION ADHESIVE THE FLOOR IS GORILLA GLUE———- THE ROOF IS REMOVABLE. .

this is how i applied the finish to soak in the edges of the roof. hopefully in place of water.
i left it soak for about 45 min a nice napp time.
