It’s time to replace my Laguna ceramic guide inserts on the back thrust bearings. How do I get the old ones out short of breaking them with a hammer? Tried soaking them in acetone but no go. What can I glue the new ones in with so that next time they’re easy to get out?

They are glued in and need to be knocked out according to this Laguna replacement video:
