What can’t you do? What do you mean by “site will not let me…”? And, what browser are you using on your tablet?

I just went to lj on my android phone with no problems, will check my tablet later.

These and other answers will help us help you.

You must mean “sign on” to lj’s? I just signed up for lj on my android tablet without any issues.

Now I am signed in on my Nexus 10 Android tablet, and am having no issues. Do let us know how you’re getting on.

My iPad capitalizes the first letter of every entry. Maybe your android does too and LJs sees that as a illegal password.

I access using Chrome browser from my iPhone and iPad all the time.

Is the site giving you an error or saying login info is incorrect or is it something else?

The only issue that I have with accessing LJ is that logging in on one device automatically logs you out of your session on your previous device, so every time you switch, you need to sign in again. A minor annoyance, but it may be contributing to any problem that you’re experiencing.

Sorry, but I work in IT. Our favorite questions of our users are “What do you want?” and “What do you mean by that?” :)

So, I need to now ask, what do you mean by “login info is bad?” Username incorrect? Password? Just a bit more detail, we’re getting closer!

Make sure your device is not putting capital letters where they don’t belong. My iPad capitalizes the first letter of my email address, but not my password. I have to manually change the first letter to lower case or it won’t work.
