I have started a new series of blogs on my blog site that describes the details of design and build of a trundle bed. It will be a multi-part series in two halves; Design and Crafting. Design parts one and two are already posted. This project, and hence its posts will go on for a few months, so if you are interested you can subscribe to Chiefwoodworker’s Newsletter at the top of my blog home page (totally free and I do not share my distribution list in any way, not even with co-subscribers). To go to my blog visit http://www.srww.com/blog . To keep up with my trundle bed posts go to http://www.srww.com/blog/?tag=trundle or sign up for my newsletter at the top of my blog home page.

By the way, when I have completed this project I will provide the SketchUp and CutList files for free on my website.

Thanks Jim. By the way, a great site you have there. Have you been a professional most of your career? Quite a variety of designs from custom furniture to built-ins. I often wish I could have a do-over and operate a custom furniture shop for a living instead of high-tech.
