Well after about 3 or 4 months I finally finished my old saw, and made the first cut today. I decided to go with the incra fence and now glad I did. I think the saw will do well for me as long as I need a saw. Thanks to everyone here for the help. I started to give up a couple of times, but I always looked to this site for help and found it.

Thanks
Gerald

Sorry I missed seeing this post when you first posted it.

Looks very nice and welcome to the Uni family.

Please put up some more pics of the saw.

Dust doors can be had from BOYD over at OWWM if you are interested. I think I saw one the other day.

EDIT 2: Yes, it is from a shaper but I believe they are the exact same animal.

I wish there were. I thought of posting on the “Show your saw before and after” thread, but I doubt the hand tool guys would appreciate the humor.

I say lets do it. Show your machine before and after.

Good idea, Coon.

I went to check out the BOYD section for my old Unisaw not sure if I wanted to join. Apparently they don’t want visitors, this has made my decision much easier.

Kinda got to be a member to PM the owner of the part to it would do no good to allow nonmembers to see whats for sale.

They do want visitors. They are just not allowed on BOYD.
