I am looking to make an outdoor ping pong table. I was thinking about using mahogany wood because it doesn’t rot as easy. I was also thinking about using a tarp to cover it to keep it out of the rain but I’m not sure if there are anyways to drain the water off it without it affecting the ball when it hits the surface.

what about making it moveable, so that when you are finished playing, it can fold up? thats how most ping-pong tables are anyways… maybe we just need to figure out the folding part?
