I am buying this saw for $200. Is this a good deal/good saw?

Here is the add:
Grizzly contractor table saw, 1.5 hp, model 1022SM. I’m including the 70” rails so there’s tons of rip capacity! Includes fence (forgot to put it in the picture), miter gauge, saw, stand, rails, and three inserts (standard, dado, and zero clearance). I bought a new saw and don’t need two.

Photo of actual saw:

Anyone have any insight if this is money well spent???

Depening on the work you are going to be doing with it. If you are in the biz to make money, then no, get a beefier machine. If you are a weekend warrior then this should do everything you want it to. If you are in the Us, with the economy the way it is there are some great deals on used machinery depending on your budget. What kind of work are you going to be doing?
