Hey everyone just a quick question for anyone out there who has a subscription to PW.

I have been getting calls to renew/extend my subscription but it seems to be from varying zip codes and none out of Florida.

They have called twice this week already and have offered 2 years for price of 1 and also the lure of free gift.

I renew directly through the website usually but was just curious if anyone else has had these calls and whether they are a scam or not. Seems out of the ordinary to me but I know some companies outsource to call centers to increase volume of subscriptions.

I think I remember seeing in their magazine a note that said that they only send renewal notices and offers directly from the magazine in the mail; anything else is a scam. That said, I do try to pickup most of the big magazines every month so it could have been in another one. I think it was in the front near the letter from the editor
