I have a FT1702VCEK 2-1⁄4 HP Router and no way of using my template guide set without the insert that goes into the bottom of the router plate. I can’t seem to find anything that will work. Anyone help me out? Do I need to buy a whole new base for it? And if so…which one will fit?

Many thanks,
Scotty

Hey Scotty, Try these guys. You may be able to get a base plate only from them that will adapt to your Router.

Sounds like you need the Template Guide adaptor Part # FT1100

Hope this helps
