Has anyone here made a zero clearance insert for the Laguna 14-12 bandsaw. I was cutting some tenons with mine the other day and the pieces that I was cutting off kept falling through the opening by the blade. If you have could you post pictures? I think they have a wide opening for clearance when tilting the table but I almost never do that.

Never done it for a Laguna, but I have made inserts for my Delta band saw and scroll saw out of both wood and HDPE (ie: recycled milk jugs):

(Those blue ones were actually made from recycled laundry detergent bottles)
