Hello Martin and Debbie;
—-questions, questions and and more questions as I go questing….!

So I notice that in the rules for ”Not Just Any Box” there is a definition in the entry level of this category that reads….”Entries for this category are to be boxes created as a gift….”

So my question is, what if someone comes along during the building of my box or soon thereafter and wants to buy the box? And what if my intent in building this box is to make a profit….? It’s been long ago, that I did ‘wood art’ to give it away….and what about a box as a gift with a price tag attached!

Just asking as I need some clarification here on the rules….

Frank, the inclusion of the “gift” part of the challenge was to tie it into the holiday season. Gifts come in many forms. I’ll leave that up to you to decide how you are “gifting” the box and whether there is a price tag to it. .. perhaps the person who is purchasing it is using it as a gift?
