I couldn’t find a picture of this anywhere. Does this look bad? We have a big 4×8 1/2” sheet of birch plywood, and I was going to make a bread box for my mother. |

What you should do is try a sample piece and see how you like the joint, then go from there. Make sure you use a good backer behind the plywood when making the cuts to help keep down the tear out. -- James |

here are some samples (mind you this is shop furniture so wasn’t really focusing on making it as clean as other projects): cabinet: drawers: it defintely has a unique look to it. I really like it. -- ㊍ When in doubt - There is no doubt - Go the safer route. |
