I’m looking for some information on how to build a round frame for a 24” diameter mirror. I can’t find any videos can anyone help with some information? Thanks.

Easiest is probably a segmented frame that is cut round after assembly:

I would spline the miters and make a template to rout the circles

To complement jerryminer suggestion, I would also make a plywood or mdf template of exactly the minors final dimension, screw it to the bottom side of the segmented frame and use a large trim bit to shape the mirror perfectly round following the template.

Me too, and I would rough-cut the circles with a bandsaw and/or jigsaw to get close, then finish with the router
