Um, what you got is you gotta get us a better picture. Sorry, but I think we’re gonna need more photons.

I’m going to be interested in what every one tells you. I bet that’s going to be some really great looking lumber.

Pics still suck, and slabs look pretty thin for rough sawn in that pic.

Slabs are an inch thick. Been told it could be mahogany. Can’t get much better pic till I can get some outside.

You need to set the resolution lower to reduce the file size in order to load more pics. 2048×1152 (2.4MP) will result in a file just shy of a MB.

I’ll go out on a limb and say it looks like cherry. If you got a pickup load of that for $60, you got a deal.

Yep, the bark has cherry written all over it.

I’d say cherry, but whatever it is, you got a deal.

Sapwood says cherry to me as well.

Way to add to the conversation conifur. (eyeroll)

Yeah, I’m voting cherry, but the first photo in the first post doesn’t look like it that much. I have a 24” 1080 screen I’m using on my computer and that first picture looks more like some sort of maple, but the bark doesn’t match in the other photos. So I vote cherry.

I’ll say cherry or cedar. Would help to know what part of the country you live in.
