I have a Laguna 14SUV bandsaw and I got their 1” resaw blade at the same time. The blade works great (and it’s teeth are carbide tipped) but sells for over $200. I don’t need a new one at this time but just wondered what non-carbide toothed blades are the favorites of others.
Thanks in advance.

I really like the Woodslicer at Highland Hardware. To save money you can buy the same blade from Louis Iturro, but he calls it Bladerunner. Another one I like, maybe better, is the Lenoxx Diemaster 2. It lasts much longer, doesn’t cut as smooth, and costs more. But the bi metal construction gives you a longer life.

Thanks Fred. Either Highland or Iturro will be a huge savings. On the Highland site I see lots of positive comments about the Woodslicer.
