Hello everyone-
Im a firm believer in prayer. I dont know any of you personally but do know that when two or more gather in His name, prayers are answered. So Im using this method as a way to strengthen the numbers of those who do pray, and would be willing to think of my son. His name is Drew, he is three years old and yesterday had his appendix removed. This all kind of happened fast, Friday I was in my shop when my wife called and told me Drew was complaining of a stomach ache. The wisdom of babes, he told his mama, "It hurts, take it out". Who couldve known? Anyway he is recovering but it hard to see such a little body hooked up to IVs and medical equipment. He truly is a Lumber Jock in the making as he loves to play with me in my shop. LOVES hand tools! Anyway thank you in advance, he will be there until next Friday.

Don't you worry Drew is very young boy he will be back in the shop with you in a few days.
He will get lots of prayers here, but make sure to let everyone know how he will make out.
John, Drew and your family all will definately be in my prayers. We feel so helpless when faced with situations like this involving our children. But I am sure he will be back under foot in the shop soon.
John,
Drew will be fine… it is so hard to see your own child in pain.
It is important to remember that they don't remember the pain as they get older.
He will be fine… you on the other hand, need to just be there for him and he for you.

I had my tonsils out when i was 4 I know how traumatic it can be, i still remember. You all are in my night prayers buddy. Yes, prayers do work. God Bless
Thank you everyone! He is starving but cant eat or drink until tomorrow. So far his menu list features Chucky Cheese, some hamburgers, jello, pbj, and of course candy. Thanks again for the prayers!
GOD BLESS, hope he is okay, nothing brings daddy to his knees faster than a sick child. My two year old(now 24), put me there. I know what you feel. Tell him not to be scared, Jesus is watching over him. DP
I'll be thinking of your family; best wishes for a speedy recovery for little Drew. Be strong, Dad!
