I didn’t know it until a couple of you sent me messages. Thank you for them.
I haven’t been active for a while because my father came to live with my family and we were taking care of him until he passed away on 11/21/09, that happens to be my birthday. Getting his things in order still continues but should be winding down soon. I then have to play catch up with my things. He was my inspiration, a carpenter by trade and a woodworker. Also a Marine in WWII. 1st Div. H/2/5 Mortars and served in the South Pacific. The Tom Hanks movie The Pacific is based on the Solomon Islands where he served. He died at age 87.

I am hoping to redo my garage shop this spring so I can get back into it and do some projects that have been put on the back shelf. I’ll check in when I can, Thanks to all for a great two years and hope to have many more.

Bob, first – really sorry for your loss. Been there…still hurts. Glad you are getting back into the shop. By the way, I am a Viet Nam vet and my hero’s are the WWII vets. Not to say anything against the Korean vets at all. Guess I just know more about WWII than Korea. Not many of those old guys left. Two of them go to church with me. Both were POW’s. I really admire them. Good luck with the shop
