So I’ve had a planer digital readout unit that I got for my birthday back in August. Finally got around to installing it and the display wasn’t working (top segments blank) anyway I emailed them this morning and within an hour or so Barry from customer service is sending me a replacement :) So yay Wixey. I have all of their readouts love em.

sounds good. always good to get positive experience when you have to use CS.

Glad to hear….I have the angle meter and the saw height meter from wixey….haven’t had any problems but good to know they follow up…Thanks for the info.

I have to second that, not that I’ve had any problems with any of my Wixey stuff but was looking for parts to modify/alter things and they were very helpful and friendly.

And I think Barry is the owner so you got service right from the top.

I have two of their digital angle gauges. One eats batteries really fast. I think I’ll contact them. Thanks for the post.
