Found yet another use for this wonderful little tool. I am doing a set of Greene & Greene style pieces. The Domino is the perfect tool for cutting the groove between the breadboard end and the top. Square off the ends, plane your spline to thickness and its off to the races. Beats setting the top on edge and balancing a plunge router.

I’ll make a note of that one since I have the beloved Domino.

I love to hear of someone else using the Domino. I know it’s expensive, but there are times when nothing else is as practical, or as easy to use. I’ll be doing a blog shortly on a bed I just built. I used my Domino extensively on it.

The more I hear about the Domino the higher it moves on my tool list. I have not gotten into the Festool line yet but have always been a firm believer that, with tools, you get what you pay for. Thanks for the info, Rhett. I guess I will have to ask my wife for an advance on my allowance. :)
