I purchased a router and a router table (a non plunge router … mistake not buying a plunge but lesson learned), I have all the main tools (I think) miter saw, table saw, drill press, sander. Purchasing a scroll saw soon, just picked up a sprayit 30000 today and I was curious what the best way to go about switching paints is? I build mostly 1×4 block sets that have 2 blocks 1 color and another block a different color with someones favorite sports team on it, or something like that.

That seems like far too much switching and cleaning and I am afraid I will waste a TON of paint switching so much. I’ve searched everywhere to buy more canisters but cannot find them anywhere. Was wanting suggestions on that also what is an essential tool that I didn’t previously list?

Thanks for your time!!

Is the gun a gravity feed cup – I didn’t find that exact model when I looked it up. If it is, the 3M PPS system may be just what you need. Disposable cups with rigid holder and lid that can be swapped out, leaving the finish in each. Just clean the gun itself between colors. I’ve left finish in a cup for months and then used it.
