I’ve been pretty stupid at times and I don’t mind because it means I’m learning something, and I’ve learned a lot let me tell you. But the square and level post made me think,” Am I stupid enough?” If I was stupeder would I have learned more by now and thus be smarter than I am. Man that’s a ponder. -- ~Just A Guy With A Hammer~ |

I was young and dumb once. It took me a lot less time to get over being young. |

Just remember… there is no such thing as a stupid question. Stupid people, on the other hand, are a dime a dozen. They also tend to reproduce at a faster rate than smart people. Hence the overcrowding in the shallow end of the gene pool. :-) -- Charlie M. "Woodworking - patience = firewood" |

I think I was glad to be stupid once, but I was too stupid to realize it at the time. -- Charlie M. "Woodworking - patience = firewood" |

JAGWAH—“Weren’t there times that you were glad you were stupid?” Yeah … like the time the drill sergeant asked for a show of hands by guys who had gone to college. A couple of guys raised their hands, and he said as he handed them mops: “Then you smart guys show these stupid guys how to use these.” I keep telling my wife I am crazy … not stupid, but she doesn’t believe me! -- Gerry -- "I don't plan to ever really grow up ... I'm just going to learn how to act in public!" |
