Last weekend my wife and I did a tour of the Virginia Artisan Studio Tour.

Once a year the artisans in the Charlottesville VA area open the doors to the studios and invite the public in. On this year’s tour there were a number of woodworkers. It was a fun day touring around the Virginia countryside and visiting with the woodworkers in their shops.

Earlier in October while on a road trip up to Montreal we did the same sort of thing in Vermont.

Both tours were great fun and inspiring. I wanted to thank all the woodworkers who participated and allowed us a peek into their workspaces.
