Topic tags/keywords: lumber supplier ohio

A friend of mine is starting some wood working projects.
She does not want to buy lumber from big box stores and wants to support a local source .
She lives near Powell Ohio.
I am hoping my fellow Lumberjocks can help point her to a local sawmill or lumber source. thanks …

Check out The Hardwood Store in Enon, not sure what you mean by affordable, but they have all domestics as well as a fair supply of exotics. Hardwood plywood as well. May be a little further than you want to drive across I70.

Depending on quantities either Woodcraft on Bethel Rd. or WoodWerks on Claycraft.
For large quantities I don’t think Keim Lumber in Berlin can be beat. Well worth the drive. Plus there’s plenty of great Amish cooking available in the area.
