I purchased one of these back in 2002 and have had good service from it. While cleaning it yesterday, I noticed the “Support Bracket” (part # 1234886) under the table that holds the guide blocks and adjusters was cracked. I looked on Delta’s site for replacement but no luck. I also tried several parts websites but nothing. I went back to Delta’s site and sent off an inquiry to their Customer Care department and got a reply saying the parts for my saw have been discontinued and to try and find something on line.

Just wondering if anyone out there has had the same problem or may be able to direct me to a supplier that may be able to help me out?

I had an old buffalo saw that was a delta knockoff. I bought the upper bracket like you speak of from Jet. It was a perfect match. Also did you try e replacement parts.

I wonder if this part will work. It looks the same.

Thanks firefighterontheside, much appreciated. Just got off the phone with another woodworker and he was telling me about e replacements as well and that King makes a knock-off of the Delta 14” as well. Looks like I am being well looked after…what a family, it’s great. Will let you know how I make out.

I found a replacement on ereplacementparts. It is on order and will be delivered in a couple of days. Thanks again for your help.
