ok I feel as though I am opening up a can of worms that most woodworkers are tired of answering. -- What do you mean it's square? How did that happen? |

Hey Josh, you posted this quite a while ago, what did you eventually decide on? -- "Checking for square? What madness is this! The cabinet is square because I will it to be so!" Jeremy Greiner LJ Topic#20953 2011 Feb 2 |

I actually decided to stick with the craftsman for a while for monetary reasons. -- What do you mean it's square? How did that happen? |

I can relate to that, I really want to replace my Craftsman TS with a cabinet saw of some variety but just haven’t saved up the dollars yet. -- "Checking for square? What madness is this! The cabinet is square because I will it to be so!" Jeremy Greiner LJ Topic#20953 2011 Feb 2 |

Josh – You’re probably already aware that the G1023SLW is discontinued, and has been replaced with the G1023RLW. If you ever do make the switch, the Shop Fox Classic is a little beefier than the T2, though they’re similar designs. The Classic is a copy of the Biesemeyer Commercial fence, the T2 is more similar to the Biese Homeshop fence. Grizzly’s Aluma Classic is closer to the T2 than the Classic. -- Happiness is like wetting your pants...everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.... |

I can vouch for the Shop Fox Classic ( http://lumberjocks.com/reviews/840 ). I have had mine more than a year and it was a great tool investment. -- Gerry -- "I don't plan to ever really grow up ... I'm just going to learn how to act in public!" |
