Topic tags/keywords: wood putty question finishing

I am interested in which product that you feel is very good for a wood putty that takes stain well? I use a MinWax product claiming to be stainable but doesn’t really perform.

I swear buy this stuff can even be used as a grain filler. Can get it at woodcraft.
