We were supposed to be getting snow starting around midnight last night, been raining ever since. -- Carpenter assembles with hands, Designer builds with brains, Artist creates with heart! |

Being in northern New Hanpshire, we’re usually the ones getting hit, but not this time. The snow line is about 120 miles south of us. It’s just cold: -12 F when I got up this morning. I can’t believe those folks thinking they can safely drive in a major storm. -- John from Horse Shoe |

We had it very cold for the last 4 days but today it is a little warmer, no snow in the forecast from now to Christmas. Dan I did not know you had snow where you live. |

Just looked at the radar loop, sure glad it’s staying pretty much where it is and not coming my way. :) -- -Curt, Milwaukee, WI |

Here the weather forecasters have been yelling like chicken little about this ‘terrible storm.’ I’m in East/Central Connecticut and nary a flake. Not one. Just cold. -- Chip -----------http://www.penmanchip.com-----------------Micah 6:8 |

They’re getting all the snow in the central atlantic seaboard. I’m in Southern Maine and it’s going to pretty much pass to the south of us. It’s not fair. I love the snow. -- The smell of wood, coffee in the cup, the wife let's me do my thing, the lake is peaceful. http://gagnerwebsite.com/Deceiver/Craftsman_on_the_lake/Craftsman_on_the_lake.html |

Here in the Shenandoah valley of Virginia, 24 to 28 inches so far…...... I’ve been shoveling and plowing all day, the lawn mower with the snow blade attachment has barely kept up with it. -- Good judgement comes from experience and experience comes from poor judgement. |

Snow….? Oh yea I know what that is… I think the last time it snowed here it was 1990. And I dont want none now, I drive the company tow truck for Yellow Cab and drivers dont know how to drive in the rain…. forbid what would happen if it snowed here again, I’d never get back into my work shop! -- I GIVE UP!!!! I've cut this @!&*!% board 3 times.... its still too short! |

I’m sitting here waiting for the snow! We are supposed to get a blizzard… that is ice cream from Dairy Queen… no wait, I don’t think that’s what the weather people meant! -- Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. |

We got 13” last night here in Western NC. Maybe another 3” tonight. -- Jerry--A man can never have enough tools or clamps |

We live just outside DC in Maryland. This is a big one. It looks like we got about 20 inches so far, with more tonight. I grew up in Minnesota, so I know cold and snow. Really pretty, but it is going to be a major pain to get it all cleaned up. No wind, so it is just piling up on top of everything. Steve -- -- I'm no rocket surgeon |
