I purchased an entire logs worth of some beautiful ray fleck black oak this summer. Now that I am trying to button up the shop for winter I had to move the whole pile and was thinking to myself there is no way I am ever going to use it all. Wanted to know if anyone out there would have something interesting to trade? All the material is quartersawn, 4/4, 9’ long, and between 8” – 12” wide. I would be interested in parting with 100 to 200 bdft of this material. If you have wanted to build some Stickley designs this is the material for the job. Here is a close up picture of a board in the rough to give you an idea of the figure

Would you be willing to meet in Naptown? What are you looking for in trade? Anything specific in mind? How about cash?

Well, I have a few big live edge slabs of cherry, well, very well dried.
