Router Guide Bushing Kit / Reducer it

Do you mean that the bushing is under flush with the bottom of your router’s base?

I wouldn’t think that would be a problem at all. Now if it were proud of the surface that would be a problem.

Do you have part numbers or a link that will show pictures of what you bought?

yes its under, I made a plastic washer to bring it even with the insert/table

GaryK – I bought these bushings acouple years ago from Pricecutter.com, I made a washer from a thin piece of plastic to make it flush with and works fine and just dealt with it. Here’s a link to show you what Im talking about. http://www.eagleamerica.com/product/400-1419/router_accessories

these are supossed to sit either flush or just shy of the top of the insert plate or base plate on the router u might just have gotten some rejects or something. u could have gotten them from ebay for a bit cheaper thats where i got mine from and they work fine.
