Topic tags/keywords: shop floor mats

I purchased two floor mats for my shop today.Woodcraft here in Tucson had them 1/2 off at $17.99 a piece, originally $37.99.Threw one down in front of my lathe and the other in front of my makeshift workbench.Spent a few hours in the shop tonight and they do make a difference. My feet and back are happy:)

FYI anyone who is curious, If you find a local tack or ranch supplier (We have Big R in CO), they have even larger versions of these, several styles (6-8) and they are less expensive per foot. They are used for horse stalls in nice stables and long walkways to cover concrete.

The mats with the small grips are pretty good, you can flip them over and get more flex per thickness. Some come in large rolls, you can cut to your length.
